In its desire to offer a more competitive service tailored to market needs regarding quality, the environment, and recognizing that occupational risk prevention is an integral part of business management, they have a Management System in compliance with the requirements of the International Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015, and EN-ISO 45001:2018.

The organization’s management explicitly expresses its fundamental commitment to enhancing quality, protecting the environment, and managing and carrying out all activities safely to avoid negatively impacting workers’ health, with the aim of achieving the following policy:

  • The primary objective is customer satisfaction, as well as that of all workers, without neglecting the company’s interest in profitability.
  • The Management System is oriented towards continuous improvement. Failures should be used to learn and eliminate the sources or causes that generated them.
  • Management will promote the necessary improvements to achieve the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety objectives and goals.
  • Management is committed to complying with the applicable requirements for its products, services, and activities; complying with environmental and safety legislation, as well as other requirements the organization voluntarily subscribes to; preventing pollution; and continuously improving the Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  • Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety require the collaboration and participation of all levels, and for this, information, communication, and training are indispensable. Therefore, Management commits to ensuring the consultation and participation of all workers, as well as developing training plans for all employees of the company with the aim of achieving their qualification and awareness to comply with the provisions of this company’s policy.
  • The Occupational Risk Prevention policy involves: identifying and evaluating occupational risks and establishing control, elimination, or reduction measures. Preventing accidents and incidents arising from the activity, optimizing the use of equipment and installations, minimizing the generation of risks. Involving workers in complying with Prevention regulations and evaluating the effectiveness of the measures implemented.
  • Providing safe and healthy working conditions, for which the organization commits to:
    • Maintaining infrastructure (work equipment and industrial installations) in optimal conditions for the development of our activities, complying with current industrial safety regulations, ensuring the competence and qualification of external maintenance service providers.
    • Collaborating as much as possible with our clients so that they can also provide and/or maintain adequate safety and health conditions for the workers who perform activities there, exercising efficient and effective coordination.

The organization’s management ensures that this Policy is understood and accepted by all personnel, verifying through internal audits that the Management System maintains its effectiveness and suitability.
